Searching for some fun and festive St. Paddy's Day treats? Look no further! The following is a list of easy recipes for St. Paddy's snacks and treats that are sure to delight leprechauns of all ages!

Shamrock Floats
Ingredients:
Lemon/Lime Soda (Sprite or 7-Up)
Lime Sherbet
Procedure:
Fill clear glasses with soda
Float Sherbet Scoops in each glass

Leprechaun Pudding
Ingredients:
Instant Vanilla Pudding
Green Food Coloring
Procedure:
Prepare pudding according to package instructions
Tint prepared pudding with food coloring until desired hue is reached
Mix well

Rainbow Toast
(a fantastic St. Patrick's Day Breakfast!)
Ingredients:
Sliced White Bread
Milk
Food Coloring (Red, Yellow, Green and Blue)
Tools:
Dixie Cups
Basting Brushes

Procedure:

Fill Dixie cups half way with milk
Add a different color to each cup
Brush stripes of colored milk onto bread
Toast bread

*Rainbow Toast tastes even better with Leprechaun Butter (butter tinted with green food coloring)

Lucky Clover Snacks
Ingredients:
Cucumber Slices (wedged)
Celery Sticks
Cream Cheese
Green Food Coloring

Procedure:

Tint cream cheese with food coloring
Place scoops of cream cheese in the center of snack plates
Place cucumber wedges around cream cheese to resemble a four leaf clover
Use celery sticks for stems

Shamrock Shake
Ingredients:
1 Banana
2 cups of Lime Sherbet
2 cups of Milk
Tools:Blender

Procedure:
Blend ingredients
Serve
Green food coloring can be added if hue is not deep enough!

Clover Ice Cream
Ingredients:

Vanilla Ice Cream
Green Sugar Crystals
Tools:
Freezer
Desert Plates
Spoon

Procedure:
Spoon four scoops of ice cream onto desert plates in the shape of a four-leaf clover
Sprinkle ice cream clovers with green sugar crystals
Place in freezer to freeze crystals to ice cream

Irish Apples
Ingredients:
Equal parts cream cheese and marshmallow cream
Wedged Granny Smith Apples
Green Food Coloring
Procedure:
Combine cream cheese and marshmallow cream
Tint dip with green food coloring until desired hue is reached
Serve dip with apples

Leprechaun Pizza

Ingredients:

Cheese Bagel Bites
Green Food Coloring
Tools: Oven / Microwave / Toaster Oven

Procedure:

Add a drop of green food coloring to each bagel bite
Prepare according to box directions


Shamrock Biscuits
Ingredients:

Canned biscuits
Sugar
Green Food Coloring
Tools:Oven Cookie Sheet

Procedure:
Place sugar in a bowl
Add green food coloring and stir
Tear each biscuit in half
On the cookie sheet form three halves into shamrock leaves.
Roll a fourth half into a stem
Sprinkle the shamrocks with green sugar
Prepare according to package instructions
